Plast-aid makes yourĀ hot tub repairs and repairing other plastic items as easy as 1-2-3.
Ā Plast-Aids unique 2-part liquid & powder acrylic compound begins to cure and thicken once mixed togetherĀ andĀ transforms from a castable liquid, to a glue, to a putty, to a molding clay. After 10 minutes it forms a hard, durable, waterproof acrylic plastic that can be sanded, drilled, or filed.
Unlike fibreglass or epoxy, it is friendly to handle. For cracked acrylic spa shells, Plast-aid can be pre-coloured with Artist Acrylic paints.Ā Plast-aid will adhere to damp PVC fittings.
- Permanent molecular bond.
- Seals PVC leaks.
- Repairs spa shell cracks.
- Dries white. To colour, add Artist Acrylic paints (sorry, we don't supply).
- Forms a permanent molecular bond to acrylic, PVC, polycarbonate, CPVC, ABS. Forms a strong mechanical bond to many other materials.
