At Pool Store Canada, we want to ensure your pool maintenance and upgrades are hassle-free; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original, unopened packaging with all manuals and accessories included to ensure a full refund eligibility.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our Ontario distribution center, ensuring you use a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
